The breakfast was delicious, nicely served, and well cooked. The breakfast attendant was friendly, though I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name. Jhoselin was also wonderful in the morning, so friendly and welcoming. Marlana and Bo are amazing too. The whole team deserves credit for top-notch service. I slept really well. There was no noise from other rooms or the hallway, and only minimal road noise. The blackout shades were the icing on the cake. The hotel felt spotless and fresh, from the bright, beautiful lobby to my clean, beautiful room on the 4th floor, room 401, with a fantastic view. Paul greeted me right away with a smile and warm welcome, and was knowledgeable and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back soon and in the near future. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

We really liked our stay, and the larger room gave us plenty of space to spread out. The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was great. I also loved the roller blind because it made the room so dark. The cold pool room was a huge letdown for us. The pool was heated, but barely, and even though the room was clean and the hot tub was very nice, we were freezing and couldn’t stay long. I was traveling with my children, and having a pool was a requirement when we chose the hotel. We visit Lenox almost monthly for an overnight trip and a local appointment. This was my favorite hotel and room by far, but we won’t return because of the pool. If a cold pool isn’t an issue for you, the pool area may be fine.

I had nothing negative to say about this hotel. The staff and management are doing a wonderful job, and I wish them all the best. The common areas and rooms were spotless and looked shiny and new. The pool and fitness center offered a choice between relaxing and getting your heart pumping. I stayed eight nights in November 2025. I’d booked four nights at first, then happily extended because of unforeseen circumstances. From the moment I came in, I felt welcome. Mollie made sure I had a quiet room away from the bustle. At breakfast, Melina was a fountain of joy, always warm and upbeat, and she clearly wanted the buffet to be perfect and delicious. Asante, the night front desk receptionist, was friendly and knowledgeable. My bed was really comfortable, so I often slept in. The blackout and translucent shades let me choose how bright I wanted the room in the morning.

We stayed three nights and this place is a gem. It opened in July 2025, so everything was very clean, and the beds were exceptional. The room’s two levels of automatic blinds really do block out the light. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent and open from 8 AM to 10 PM. Free breakfast and coffee are a nice bonus. We’d definitely stay again.
