The room took an “extended amount of time” to be ready, and the staff were neither friendly nor helpful from the start. The AC and heat only run while someone is physically in the room because they’re motion-sensored. Leave for any length of time and they shut off. Coming back meant a stuffy room with poor airflow and awful air quality. There was also a strong chemical smell, like Fabuloso. When I asked for an extra pillow, they told me to come down and get it myself because they “had no help,” whatever that means. That service was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. You’d be better off next door or somewhere else.

Our group was impressed by how smoothly the week of events went. We booked several rooms and arranged the shuttles with the hotel ahead of time, and every ride was on time with great service. The rooms were spacious, the hotel was clean, and customer service was great.

The young man on the night shift was very helpful, though the young woman was so-so. I had to call three times before anyone helped with the noise from upstairs. People up there kept me awake until midnight or later. Without that, this would have been a perfect rating. The hotel itself is excellent.

I normally stay at the Hampton Inn next door, but this place turned out to be a great choice. The hotel is kept up well even when it’s full, and cleanliness stood out. Our room felt fresh, with no handprints or hairs, and there was lots of space in both the room and hallways. Parking is plentiful, and it’s close to the tollway, Chipotle, Whataburger, and a racetrack. I’d recommend it if you’re in the area, it won’t disappoint.
