The shared areas are always clean and smell nice, which I really appreciate. I’ve been staying here for a while, and the staff are consistently kind and courteous. Housekeeping and the manager, Korrine, are ready to help with a smile. They all make an effort to keep me and my family comfortable.

What began as a stay of maybe a couple of months has stretched well past a year, since life can be unpredictable. I first picked this extended stay for its location and how well it fit my work and family routines after moving from Atlanta a couple of years ago. The staff at the Pooler location have been helpful, and Ms. Korenna has made a particularly positive difference despite being here only a short time. She follows up professionally on requests and maintenance issues, and the guests I talk with are glad she’s here. She works hard to keep everyone cared for and the property clean and safe. My first stay here pleasantly surprised me, and I’d recommend this location for a short getaway or longer-term housing.

Even though we had plenty of photos and videos showing the state of all three rooms, it felt like nobody cared. For me, this is about basic respect and human dignity, not the money. We booked just one night, but after seeing three rooms, each worse than the one before, we left late at night to find another hotel. The smell was awful from the moment we walked in. There was hair all over the beds, filthy floors, disgusting bathrooms, and a broken fridge. The gentleman working that night was courteous and tried to help by showing us the rooms. Before we left, he said to contact the manager in the morning about a refund. Trying to reach Karina turned into another problem. Whenever we got through to the manager, she hung up. When we called back, she yelled and accused us of threatening and harassing her. I can imagine her job is difficult, but that doesn’t excuse how she treated us. I strongly advise people to stay away. It’s honestly disgraceful that a place like this can operate. So unfortunate.

I’m heading into my third month here, and I’m still SO PLEASED with this particular location. The property is beautiful, safe, and well kept, and I’d recommend it to anyone. This is my first time staying somewhere like an extended stay. Before choosing it, I came by to ask questions and hopefully tour the property, and what I saw was MORE THAN I expected. The general manager helped make up my mind. She was VERY PROFESSIONAL and warm in welcoming me, as were the other staff members. She answered all my questions and concerns about the property, and I feel comfortable staying here.
