stayAPT Suites Port Arthur

What stood out most was the care from General Manager Ysuia Goudeaux. She was warm, professional, attentive, and hands on, and went out of her way to make my stay easy and enjoyable. The property itself was spotless, modern, and comfortable, and I felt at home from the moment I arrived. I’ll definitely return to StayAPT Port Arthur and recommend it to others looking for comfort, convenience, and good service.

The room was generally clean, though the floors could use more attention, and I wish the water pressure were better. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. It’s quiet and feels safe, and I’d gladly stay again for work or vacation.

When my South African credit card unexpectedly stopped working, the staff let me stay while I worked out the problem. Their patience and kindness meant a lot while I was stressed. I felt welcomed and supported the whole time at StayAPT Escalante, and the service and hospitality were outstanding. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend it.

The room had an unpleasant smell, like a mix of cheap paint and musk. The blankets were thin and cheap, and the AC was mediocre at best. Still, everything was clean, the wash room and gym were nice, and the staff were great and friendly. The location was convenient. It’s a solid three star hotel. It’d also be handy if they sold laundry soap packets for guests who didn’t bring any.
