I was given a credit card authorization form to complete, which I understand is required, but it had already been filled out with another guest’s card number, expiration date, CCV, full address, and phone number. I worried that my own information could be handed to someone else the same way. I refused to fill it in, checked out, and booked another hotel for the next two weeks I was working in town. This felt very unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

The day manager was very friendly and helpful, but other staff seemed bothered when asked for assistance, as if they didn’t want to be there. The General Manager was also rather dry and unwelcoming. The place was clean, but there were roaches, so it needs proper extermination. The walls are thin and you can hear everything outside your room. Many guests work at the plants, and some were loud on their phones or playing music in the evenings and early mornings, though it quieted down around 9 pm. That’s what I observed during my stay.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and housekeeping kept the rooms looking impeccable every time. The service was impressively courteous, too. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, which makes the location especially convenient for getting around on foot. Thank you.

I had to extend my stay several times and it was no trouble. The staff are all really nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the AC works great. They’re pet friendly, one of the few places in the area that is. I’ll definitely recommend it.

The location is great, with gas stations and restaurants nearby, and they have a good security system to help keep guests safe. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff very nice and friendly.
