The train track is right beside you, though that honestly didn't bother me much. The price online said $58, but at the front desk it became $100. The room was filthy, and I had to clean it myself. It didn't look like anyone had properly cleaned it in years. They don't seem to like dogs: the room they gave me had an active flea infestation, and now my dog is miserable. I probably won't come back, just my two cents.

The bathroom had no hot water, and when I called the front office, they told me to wait until morning for someone to check. I had to call them on my own cellphone because there was no phone in the room. There was no fire alarm system, loose light fixtures, dirty hand cloths, and filthy, unsettling furniture. The toilet clogged the first time I used it, and the door frame wasn't attached to the wall. Warning, don't stay at the Budget Inn!

It's a little sketchy, but you get a very cheap room and can do your own thing. For what it costs, I like it better than motel 6.

Service was fine, nothing special either way. The area felt pretty sketchy, and there were cops checking license plates in the morning. I paid $85 for filth and a lot of stains. There wasn't a bottom sheet, just a top sheet used underneath, and the mattress was unbelievably gross, even though it was very soft. I put my own sheet over it. At least I didn't see bed bugs, mice, or cockroaches, but it still wasn't worth the money. A terrible place to stay.

I haven't stayed here, but my 12-year-old son made friends with a boy in class who came over to our house. After dropping him off and picking him up, we learned this is where they live, not just somewhere they're staying. The condition of the place was disgusting, and my heart sank seeing how they were living. It's sad that management thinks this is okay for anyone, especially children. I feel awful, almost guilty, every time I take my son's friend back, like I'm putting him there myself. Shame on the owner. I think some people living here may have been placed here for different reasons, including homelessness or domestic violence. If you have a choice, stay somewhere else. This isn't fit for people, especially kids. Any agency placing people here, especially children, is just as responsible.
