The homemade breakfast was yummy, and the house had so many thoughtful little touches. It was clean, welcoming, and well kept, with clean rooms and beds. Russ and Lori were friendly, accommodating hosts and knew a lot about Cannabis. I loved the dogs and chickens, too. If you want to learn about the history and benefits of Marijuana while exploring its use in a safe, relaxed setting, this is a great place for a 420-friendly Portland visit. It’s a hard-to-match way to experience the legal 420 culture here. I’d happily stay again. Thanks for the hospitality! 💕

We had to leave and weren’t able to get a refund for the days we didn’t stay. There were bed bugs and animal urine that seemed to have been covered up, along with animal feces. I’m 26 weeks pregnant, and I ended up in the hospital for almost two weeks with bed bugs and a respiratory infection. I believe the animal waste and urine contributed to it. LORI had a horrible attitude about the situation and refused to refund us. Don’t let her tell you otherwise. I have hospital documents to prove what happened.

I stayed at the Delta 9 house in the Indica room recently, and the biscuits and gravy Jen, the house manager, made were some of the best I’ve had in a long time. She was an excellent cook. My friend really liked the selection of house flower in the kitchen nook and wants to know the CBD flower’s name, since it helped ease his intense pain. It was a wonderful stay. Thanks for a great visit and a vacation I’ll remember for years.

We were turned away after arriving, and by then we were too exhausted to wait another couple of hours. We’d flown in from the East Coast that morning. After our booking was canceled, I understood we couldn’t get a full refund because it was so late, but hoped we might get some of the payment back given what happened. Instead, the reply quoted the property saying, “Our rooms are in great demand and we cannot extend free cancellations.” The confirmation email, sent at least a week before our flight, said we could check in by 2 p.m. We called around then to make sure things were ready and were asked to wait because the room wasn’t clean. We waited until about 5:00 or 5:30, but the people sitting the house for the owners, who were otherwise very nice, were still washing the bedding and hadn’t finished our room. Then we learned the owners didn’t even know we were coming, despite the confirmation. They asked us to leave and return an hour or two later, which would have meant checking in around 7:30. I can understand miscommunication and things going wrong. We were just too tired to wander around for two more hours for a room that should have been ready hours earlier, so we canceled. A few days later, the booking site called us no-shows rather than canceled. I emailed to clarify that we had shown up and been turned away because the room still wasn’t ready three hours after check-in. I’d heard good things and really wanted to stay. It won’t be the same experience for everyone, but if you book online, contact the owners to confirm they know you’re coming. Be prepared for a possible wait, even hours past the scheduled check-in. If we hadn’t been so tired, we’d have liked to give the place a chance, but the delays and being turned away meant we couldn’t.
