The building is quiet, and people mostly keep to themselves. The neighbors I’ve met in the halls have been really friendly. One offered to help while I was moving in, and another introduced me to their dog. There’s a cute bar and wine shop downstairs, and they hosted a resident meet-and-greet with discounted drinks. That was fun since I don’t know anyone in the building yet. I’m loving it so far. The stadium-style window space is my favorite, and the apartments are big, with stainless steel appliances, a full-size washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. My fridge was brand new, and the water pressure is the best I’ve ever had in a rental. The location is great for walking to food, coffee, dispensaries, transit, and more. Even with the back entrance on Burnside, it’s much quieter than I expected. The staff are great, too.
