We love staying at Country Inn & Suites PDX. It feels like a comfortable, clean home away from home, and the staff are always welcoming. Robert made the shuttle ride from the airport especially nice. He was friendly, helpful, and engaging from the moment we got on, answered questions, and made us feel relaxed after traveling. He went out of his way to welcome everyone, so it felt more like a warm greeting than just a transfer. He’s a gem, and experiences like that are why we keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Everything was clean, and the room AC worked amazingly well. The free breakfast in the morning was really good, and they have some great amenities. Everyone was so sweet. It’s in a great spot right by the airport. Shoutout to Mai and Miguel at the front desk, they were both amazing. Highly recommend!

We stayed here 18+ years ago and had a nice visit then. Last night our flight arrived about 90 minutes late, around 1:30 am, but the shuttle driver was kind and the front desk put us in a wonderful room. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. 10/10.

We stayed twice in one week, before and after Hawaii, and felt safe, welcome, and comfortable both times. You have our trust! The local staff, including the shuttle drivers, were friendly and knew the area. Front desk and breakfast staff were efficient and personable. Breakfast was exceptional and very welcome. Who does this anymore?

The lobby is a comfortable place to wait, with lots of seating, books, cookies, and coffee and tea available around the clock. It’s clean and cheerful, though there’s no non-dairy creamer or decaf tea. Hot chocolate would be a hit with kids. For early departures, Grab 'n Go breakfast is available from 3am to 6am, and there’s a clean, stocked restroom nearby until the breakfast room opens at 6am. The airport location is convenient, and the shuttle to PDX runs every half hour. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. There’s a gym, pool and jacuzzi, plus guest laundry, all on the first floor. The building has four floors and an elevator, plenty of parking including accessible spaces, and several well-lit stairwells and exterior doors. Most outside doors require a keycard, except the main entrance. A small shop in the lobby sells beer and wine. There’s also a stocked pet relief area with a disposal bin at the far right of the building. The covered smoking gazebo is appreciated, though its seats are low without their cushions and the roof has seen better days.
