Hotel Eastlund, BW Premier Collection

The rooftop restaurant was awesome, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to EVERYONE. The ADA rooms could use some work because the door jambs are too high to get over safely in a manual wheelchair, but everything else was spot on. Valet Kyle stood out, too. He exceeded every expectation, being helpful, friendly, and understanding, and going above and beyond to make both our arrival and departure the best experience. Love this place, and we'll stay again.

The city skyline views from the restaurant were lovely, and floor-to-ceiling windows run through the property, including the guest rooms. The hotel is cute and trendy, the service was wonderful, and it made my birthday amazing. Can't say enough good things.

The location downtown is great, and the hotel itself is nice, clean, with comfortable rooms and good customer service. Still, $43 a night to park after booking a room there is ridiculous. The elevators don't easily get you to street level. You can go down to the garage and walk out to the street, but staff seem hesitant to let you do that. The elevator uses your room key for floor access, though it often doesn't seem to work right. All in all, I'd book again.

The bar at the top of the motel was great, with a really nice view and good food options. Staff were great, responsive, and friendly, and the rooms were very nice and clean. The place is super convenient for events at Moda. We were on the Denny's side on the fifth floor, and it was very quiet overall, with no outdoor noise, just the usual AC sound. The only downsides were the shower: its floor was a little slick, so I held the bar as much as possible, and the gravity-fed shower head sits only about 8 inches from the wall, making it hard to get your body under it. On the last morning there was no hot water. All in all, a good stay, and I'd come back.
