We arrived late on 2/14/26 for a two-night reservation while in town for work. No one was at the desk, and the phone system was down, so there was no way to reach anyone. My coworker and I waited 45 minutes and still didn’t get rooms. We ended up at the Holiday Inn in town and paid twice as much. Terrible service.

My room was clean, pleasant, and quiet, but the lights kept switching on while I was asleep. The staff were okay. They need more people who speak English.
8/10
Not bad at all. They let cats stay for free, as long as you clean up after yourself. And no bedbugs.
2/10
The bed was small, the outlet was coming out of the wall, and the lights had no bulbs. Housekeeping knocked at 9:30 even though checkout was at 11.
2/10
We got there around 11 pm after driving three hours for my son's wrestling meet, and no one was at the desk. Dogs in several neighboring rooms barked nonstop. Both beds had dirty sheets and blankets and smelled like wet dog. The hotel was full, so we couldn't change rooms. The bathroom floor was badly water-damaged, with tiles lifting up.
