The windows are boarded up, with no lights or any sign of life. I tried calling, but the phone numbers are disconnected. The place is dead.

I’ve never stayed anywhere filthier. The room had a foul smell throughout, the bed was dirty and had bloodstains, and the pillows were musty and brown. After I complained, they moved me, but the second room was also in deplorable shape. I can’t understand how the state hasn’t shut this place down, given the risk to guests’ health.

Monique at the front desk made our stay so comfortable. I was there with my disabled dad, and when we had to switch rooms, she helped move everything. Whenever I needed something, she went out of her way to help. Her cheerful energy and spirit are exactly what that front desk needs, and I’ll definitely return. The rooms weren’t as bad as I expected, either. Don’t let the reviews decide your stay for you.

The woman who checked us in was pleasant, and we appreciated that. Still, we won’t stay here again. The place is old, run down, and dirty. Our first room had dirt in the drawers, dirty light switches, chipped paint, and, worst of all, a stain on the bed. I refused to stay in it. They looked for another room, and it took three rooms before we found one without a bed stain. The suite they finally gave us was better, but it didn’t change my rating. There was a bad smell as soon as we walked in, and the smell of pot carried through the hallways. We assumed there were longer-term guests, based on how they interacted with the workers. We wish we’d read the reviews first, and we recommend that others do.
