They never told me about the construction before I booked. The place is under construction, the jacuzzi doesn’t work, and the hallways are dusty. Workers were stomping outside my door, slamming doors, going up the stairs noisily, and banging on the walls.

After a long, exhausting day, my husband and I arrived hoping for an easy check-in and a little help. Instead, a simple question about whether they had a business center got us rude treatment from both the front desk staff and the security guard. He didn’t seem interested in talking, apparently because the woman at the desk was already dismissive, and told me to go inside and ask her. She curtly said there was no business center. She didn’t offer to print something as a courtesy, mention concierge services, or point me toward another option. It was just cold indifference, which isn’t acceptable in a hospitality business. We left and found somewhere else to stay. After being treated that way before checking in, we didn’t want to see what the rest of the stay would be like.

Rick really came through for me at the last minute after another hotel messed up my reservation. Great guy and great customer service. The room was huge and clean, and I loved it.

We booked this place because it was listed as pet-friendly, but when we arrived, we were told cats weren’t allowed. The description never mentioned that. My husband even offered to pay a deposit and cover any possible damage, but the staff wouldn’t make an exception. Now we’re spending our vacation time trying to cancel the booking and find somewhere else. It’s a huge inconvenience and shows no regard for guests’ time or plans. Avoid this place if you value your vacation.
