Crystal and Priscilla were kind, professional, and quick to help. The rooms and waiting areas were extremely clean, and breakfast was hot and ready, with a variety of drinks for everyone. The breakfast area was clean and roomy. There was plenty of parking and easy access to the highway, with plenty of restaurants and fast food spots either within walking distance or a short drive. We were completely satisfied and highly recommend staying here. Thanks so much.

The hotel and rooms were very clean, and it's conveniently located near everything. The staff were so friendly and gave my daughter's softball team a warm welcome. They even made us a welcome sign. I'd stay again in the future.

The Wednesday dinner with complimentary wine and beer was a thoughtful touch, and a nice chance to unwind with the other guests. Breakfast was consistently delicious. Lisa in the Kitchen stood out for her caring, friendly way of making everyone feel welcome. Thomas, the Hotel Manager, helped create a warm, supportive atmosphere and was always asking what he could do to improve our stay. All the staff showed they genuinely cared about our comfort. This pet-friendly Townplace truly became our Home away from Home during our six-month stay. The rooms were always clean and gave us comfort and peace of mind. Housekeepers went above and beyond, greeting us warmly each day and responding to requests with a smile. The Front Desk Clerks were all nice and professional, and helped with whatever we asked. I can't imagine finding a more supportive, inviting temporary home. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!

Marie was helpful when I checked in and checked out, all within less than ten minutes of check-in. But after a four-hour drive through the night, I was exhausted and just wanted to rest. I barely got into room 223, put my things down, and went to use the restroom before I saw two gigantic German flying cockroaches in there, staring at me and taking a stance. I couldn't even focus on using the restroom. I felt like a ghost, gave them the room back, and vanished from the hotel. Marie offered another room, though she already knew about these roaches from earlier complaints. I'm traumatized and know how that works with the vents and everything. I won't be coming back to that place.
