The complimentary breakfast was a lovely start to the day, with a good variety of food that was regularly replenished. The dining room was kept immaculate. My husband and I stayed six nights at the Best Western Plus in Pratt Kansas, and found it extremely clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I'd recommend it to anyone travelling through the area.

The room was clean, but the door was damaged and the ceiling and walls may have had water damage. Also, unplug the clock unless you want it waking you at midnight like ours did. The people next door turned on their TV at 3:45 and woke us up too. The listing says the hotel is newly opened, but that's not true. I was really disappointed. There are two more hotels down the road.

The indoor pool was much too cold, which was the one downside. We stayed an extra night because the beds and pillows were amazing. The hosts were fabulous, and breakfast was good.

Even when Taco Bell forgot to include utensils in my food bag, someone at the front desk helped me out. The staff were very friendly and my room was clean. A fantastic weekend.

Apart from the woman at the front desk, I had a great stay. The breakfast lady, housekeepers and other employees were good, and I appreciate them. But the dark-haired woman was EXTREMELY rude and made me feel unwelcome. I stayed months ago and hesitated to review, then a family member recently stayed and said the EXACT same thing. I've overheard other employees saying NOT GOOD THINGS about her too. No guest should be treated that way. I called corporate specifically about her. Please do something about it.
