The rooms are what you’d expect for this type of place: a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a usable kitchenette. Other residents were quiet and respectful, which also reflects well on management for not tolerating nonsense. LaConstance is absolutely amazing, professional, attentive, and makes sure your expectations are exceeded. Don’t let the older reviews put you off staying here.

I checked out two days into my stay and gave up the money I’d paid. The upgraded King Room I’d reserved wasn’t available, so I took a standard Queen, but was still charged for the King. LaConstance lied to me about getting the microwave replaced several times. The rules feel like something from a halfway house, and it seems like they’re just ways to charge more. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I expect she’ll copy and paste the same irrelevant response about being the Largest wholly owned... blah blah blah. She doesn’t care about customer service, only enforcing rules like “RESPECT MY AUTHORITY!” The five-star reviews about her customer service seem fake, or written by friends.

I booked a 2 queen suite for 4 people and paid upfront for a week at the monthly rate, but only stayed one night and got no refund. The room was small, and the bed was full size. They said it had been recently renovated, but gave us an unrenovated room. Only one stovetop burner worked because a knob was broken off. The overhead oven range was greasy and dripping, with no cover, and there was grease on the wall. A big piece of the toilet lid was broken, there was hair in the bathroom sink drain, and the toilet had a stain that wouldn’t come off. I brought my own sheets, blankets, and cleaning supplies, so I removed their bedding. The mattress cover had an old blood stain that wouldn’t come out, and the chair was spotted, so I put a towel on it to sit. I cleaned thoroughly, but it still didn’t feel clean. The desk woman was very nice, but the owner said no refund. They claimed they’d charged the full month upfront, even though I was paying weekly for that month. She told me to pay the remaining balance for the month or check out that day. I asked if I’d get a refund for the unused nights if I left, and she said no, so I checked out. I paid a whole week for one night.

This place has been great for my family. LaConstance, the manager, is caring, kind to my boys, and incredibly helpful. The whole staff has been helpful, and they take pride in safety, cleanliness, and keeping the rooms and property in good shape. I highly recommend staying here.
