We only left because my job moved us out of state, and we really enjoyed living here. The location was great and the property stayed very quiet. Christine and the management team are what made it stand out for us. They were the best.

We’re very happy with our apartment at Quarry Hills. Abi was patient and helpful the whole way through, which made a complicated move much easier. The apartment is beautiful, and we’re enjoying the community so far.
The apartment and property are beautiful, and the management team was friendly. It’s a very quiet community, but the area felt secluded and deserted. There aren’t restaurants or grocery stores nearby, so you have to drive wherever you need to go. I was also disappointed there were no elevators. 😊
We’ve lived here with our kids for two years, and the situation has become incredibly stressful. After the corporate office sent a renewal, the property manager told us it had gone out by “mistake” and said they wouldn’t renew our lease. They said they didn’t need to explain why. We’ve tried to work with them to renew, without luck, and we’re not leaving. We’ll keep fighting this team to the last minute and do what we can to stop this behavior. I contacted the corporate team after Christine told me, “If you don’t leave then the constable will take your stuff and throw it out of the property!” I’m sure this is going viral. Things started getting worse after we moved apartments. The leasing office had given us an ADA apartment without telling us, and after several attempts we eventually transferred to another unit without a fee because our lease ended on time. The leasing team was so mad they couldn’t get money from us. Then lease violations started arriving left and right. It felt like they were trying to set us up for eviction or non-renewal. Saving $700 on rent by moving at the end of our lease seemed to be something they couldn’t live with. One leasing lady literally said, “You can’t get it all!” The first year was all good, except you can hear people talking and walking all over the apartment. And there’s only one trash dumpster, so you have to take your trash to the complex gate. Look at the reviews and you’ll see why this place could be a trap for you and your family.
The maintenance crew has been so helpful. They came to take care of something in my bathroom and even changed our air filter without me asking. They’re great about responding to requests through the app in a timely way. Thanks so much!
