This place has an unusual setup, with two hotels under one roof. I come to Racine about once a year, and this was a quiet, clean stay, which matters a lot to me. My key stopped working, but Kash was gracious and easy to deal with when he helped me. Thanks for a great weekend visiting my family!

The beds were really comfortable and the pool was nice. Emilio made the stay especially memorable. Every time we came through the door, he greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. Our kids really enjoyed him. We’ll be back because of him. Thanks for a great evening.

I’m here with my company for a few months of work, and the people here have helped it feel like home. Kash and Alicia are always smiling, and Crystal is so helpful, always ready with a kind word and good advice about getting around. The gentleman who holds things together at night is superb. From top to bottom, the staff are kind, welcoming, and respectful of guests. They do what they can to accommodate us despite the renovations and construction. The hotel is close to almost everything we might need, like gas, food, and groceries. A big THANK YOU to all of you.

The connected bar is a nice feature. The food is so-so, though a few dishes are really good, and the servers and bartenders can steer you toward them. Don works as a bartender there three times a week, and the service is fantastic. Kash was especially awesome. He took care of every request and made me feel very accommodated throughout a great stay. I definitely recommend the hotel to anyone traveling in this area.

I work nights, and when I get back to the hotel each morning, Kash is always there to greet me with a smile. I’ve never had an overnight issue that wasn’t handled as soon as I asked. The hotel, facilities, and staff are all very accommodating, and breakfast is amazing. Mr. Willie is the best! The people here make the Delta feel like a home away from home. Thanks, y’all.
