Kaveh helped us get my grandson's fanny pack back a month after we left. I called to see if it had been turned in to lost and found, and it had. I offered to pay for shipping, but he took care of it and sent it by FedEx. The pack had the toy inside and the money he'd left in it. He'd bought it with his Christmas money and thought it was gone, so we were all thrilled to get everything back, including the cash. We'd chosen this new hotel because it had laundry facilities, and the front desk had enough quarters for all our washing. The room had a kitchenette and enough space for me, my daughter, and five grandkids to eat dinner and popcorn. It was spotless, and the whole place was amazing after our week at Disneyland.

The little kitchenette in the room made the stay much easier and more comfortable. It was quiet and nicely organized, and the whole place was clean and looked after. Everyone on staff was welcoming. I'd happily come back and recommend My Place Hotel.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and had what I needed to unwind. The warm atmosphere and consistently thoughtful service made the stay especially good. Right from arrival, the front desk agent was kind, professional, and attentive, and really made me feel at home. I'd recommend this hotel for its hospitality and comfort, and I'll be back next time I'm in town.

We had booked and paid, but they tried to charge us twice, then wouldn't let us have the room. We tried to cancel, yet were still charged and got no room. My seven-year-old needed a restroom while we were trying to sort things out. They said theirs was out of order, which I understood, but when I asked if she could use a toilet somewhere else, they told us to go to Popeyes chicken. She was about to have an accident. Avoid this place.

The room was nice, with a full kitchen and a big fridge, though I didn't use either. For what it cost, I'd have preferred a pool to enjoy. There's no pool or hot tub, and breakfast isn't included either. Not worth it to me.
