Dylan and Kristen are incredibly friendly and responsive. They go out of their way to make residents feel supported. Her apartment is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and the shared kitchen is consistently clean and convenient. The amenities are excellent.

Kristen, the manager, has been amazing. I’ve had a great experience since moving in, and I’m planning to renew for another year. The management team really goes above and beyond. This is easily one of the best apartments I’ve lived in.

Nick and the Canyon Flats team are friendly, helpful, and clearly care about the residents. They run things well. This is the best apartment management team I’ve dealt with.

Alex and Rocky from maintenance were very kind and replaced my dishwasher with a brand-new, newest-model one. They’re always quick to respond to maintenance requests and do honest work. Thank you!

Be careful with your security deposit at Canyon Flats. I’ve been waiting seven months for the check, and it still hasn’t arrived. When I moved out, everything was in order, and the apartment was inspected and approved that way. I emailed Dylan several times and never got a response. International students especially should be cautious and consider looking elsewhere. In my experience, you can lose your deposit.
