Comfort Inn & Suites Logan International Airport

The front desk required an extra $100 “damage deposit” at check-in, even though I’d booked and paid through Booking.com. They told me clearly, more than once, that it would be refunded automatically within seven working days. It’s now been 17 working days since checkout, and I’ve received no refund, message, or explanation. The hotel has stayed silent and taken no responsibility. At this point, it feels like unauthorized retention of my money, not an administrative delay. I’ve never seen this kind of behavior from a hotel that’s supposed to be established. A legitimate, professional business should communicate and follow through. If transparency, honesty, and basic financial integrity matter to you, think carefully before booking here.

Good value for a stay near the airport. It was clean, quiet, reasonably comfortable, and had a decent breakfast. There wasn’t a desk in the room, but I could use my laptop in the lobby, and the staff were nice enough. I was a bit uneasy about leaving our stuff in the car, but nothing happened, so it worked out okay.

The staff were lovely, and the breakfast had a good selection. There’s also an awesome pool and a shuttle that’s always on the move to the airport. The place felt new, clean, and comfortable, and it was relatively quiet. It sits near a huge roundabout, though, so finding it can be confusing. Honestly, a fantastic experience.

Getting to Margaritas without having to go outside was the big win for me. I really rate this Comfort Inn and plan to come back. The shuttle is prompt and free, and there’s a pool and fitness centre. My room was spacious and clean with nice amenities, and I enjoyed the breakfast, including the hot buffet. A wonderful stay.
