The room was clean overall, and Uber could drop off easily. Airport shuttles handle pickup and drop-off, with the trip taking under 20 minutes depending on traffic. I arrived at 11 a.m. and paid $25 for early check-in before 3 p.m. You can call or book online. One new issue: I was charged for parking I never used. I reported it and will check whether and when I get a refund, so look over your receipts.

The laundry room was tiny, with just one washer and one dryer, and I didn’t see any laundry supplies for sale there. Check-in was fairly smooth, and the room had a minimalist design. I called housekeeping twice to get the room cleaned, but no one came. After the second missed visit, the assistant GM kindly arranged to have fresh towels brought up. Maintenance responded quickly to the problems we had on the first night.

We parked here for the airport and found the shuttle service excellent. Jacob, I believe he’s from Colombia, was wonderful throughout the whole experience: helpful, friendly, and positive. Thanks for having such a great employee. We’ll definitely use this as our go-to parking spot when we travel because of Jacob. Highly recommend!

I was stuck in Connecticut during the recent blizzard in USA and couldn’t travel on time. My original check-in was for 23 February, and with the travel ban in place, I called ahead to ask that the fully paid reservation through Billa Book not be canceled. The hotel assured me it would stay active and that I could check in on 24 February. But when I arrived that day, the front desk refused to let me check in. A staff member later admitted the reservation had been mistakenly marked “No Show,” which automatically canceled it. Neither the hotel nor Billa Book helped me through the difficult situation, so I had to find and pay for another hotel myself. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, and the whole experience was extremely disappointing, especially during an emergency when travelers need understanding and support.
