Super 8 Richland/Jackson Area

There was blood all over the bed, not a single clean spot. We paid $105 for one night and the room was awful. It’s very low budget, the door has no latch, and the owners are rude and nosey. Yuk! It looks like somebody was murdered in here.

The thing I care about most in a hotel is a hot shower and bath, and Roadway Inn ruined that for me. After a 10-hour drive, I was looking forward to a hot shower and a bath for my wife. Just before bed I tried to run the bath and there was no hot water. I called the front desk and was told I wasn’t turning the faucet the right way. When I said I was, he told me it was a handicap room and those don’t have hot water. He said there was nothing he could do. I really don’t appreciate the lack of this basic amenity or the terrible customer service.

The room was cheap, and its condition showed it. There were bugs, holes in the blanket, hair on the sheets, and the rooms hadn’t been kept up. I only needed a few hours of sleep on a road trip. If you can, look elsewhere.

Friendly staff, and breakfast was basically pastry stuff. The rooms were bare bones, redone on a very low budget, but clean and odor free. The bed was really firm and sounded like a wobbling wood saw whenever you moved around.
