Even with only nine guests at the property, they placed us all beside one another. The person in the adjoining room snored so loudly that I was awake half the night, and the rooms have very poor sound insulation. I recommend choosing somewhere else. The sleeping area was dark as a morgue, even with two desk lamps, and the room was cold when I checked in because they hadn’t turned on the heat. The redecorating was sloppy: plaster was sprayed over the fixtures and sink as well as the walls, and the holes from removed mollies weren’t filled, leaving black spots scattered over the beige walls.

The workers here are extremely helpful and super friendly, and there are a few good points: the bed was pretty comfortable, the linens seemed clean, the TV was new, and there’s truck parking. The outdoor pool was covered but looked well maintained. Still, this is one of the scummiest places I’ve seen. Almost everything in my room was filthy and nasty. I stayed in room 115, and it needs to be ripped out and rebuilt. Mold and mildew were everywhere. The front window curtain was so filthy with mildew it should be burned. The bathroom was too gross for me to shower in. There was mold on the caulking, and the shower curtain smelled like a corpse. There was no hot water, and the fridge and microwave looked like they’d been dragged from a dumpster. There wasn’t even a phone in the room. I can’t believe I paid $$$ to stay overnight in that filthy room.

The mattress was black all around, with signs of bed bugs in the room. I asked for my money back, and the guy said he’d refund it, but more than three weeks later I still haven’t received anything. When I called to ask why, he was rude and hateful. Worst experience ever.

They charged us for two rooms even though it was just my wife and me, and we only used one room. It’s been over two weeks and they still haven’t refunded the mistake. I won’t stay at another Days Inn unless they make it right.
