Shandira found me the perfect apartment, and she deserves a special shout-out. The whole team at Cortland Sugar Land makes a real effort to help you feel at home. It's also great having good BBQ within walking distance.

I've lived here for 2 years, and feeling safe and able to communicate with the community and leasing office has made a big difference for me. The office staff are kind and attentive. I'm grateful to know they'll listen and work things out quickly when something comes up. When I toured other complexes, I had some unpleasant interactions with their leasing offices, and that helped sway my choice. I highly recommend living here, in large part because of the team at Cortland Sugar Land.

This feels like home. I'm new to the area, but Cortland has made it feel that way. It's clean, organized, green, and peaceful, tucked away in the bushes. Rudy’s BBQ and Taco Bell are an easy walk, and there are a bunch of LEOs living here, so it feels safe. Cars with expired tags or that have been abandoned get towed. We police ourselves and don't like noisy or disruptive neighbors. If you bring some bs here, you can leave or not move in. The staff are 100%.
