The shower had great water pressure and temperature, and the room and bed were clean. The laminate floor, though, was filthy. My socks were disgusting underneath after just ten minutes, so it clearly wasn't swept regularly, let alone mopped. We wore shoes after the first night. The location was good and it was fairly quiet. No one explained breakfast; we assumed there wasn't any, then learned at checkout we had to go to the other motel on the property for it. Odd arrangement, but the stay was comfortable.

Nothing looked like the pictures online, which were very misleading. The hotel was filthy, poorly maintained, and disorganized, and the experience was one of the worst I've had. The reception staff in particular were rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. They didn't seem to understand basic respect for guests. It was a disappointing, unpleasant stay, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We came all this way for nothing. I don't know what the rooms are like because we won't be staying after the huge price increase. The man at the front desk canceled my mom's Booking.com reservation, claiming there was no name on it even though Booking.com saves our information. She had a confirmation number, but he said that didn't matter. When we tried to get the rooms without Booking.com, he quoted us a substantially higher price for both. It felt like he canceled the reservation just to charge more. I understand a business needs to make money, but that's bad business and not right. We showed him the prices on Booking.com and offered to go back into the app and rebook at those prices, but he said we couldn't and the price was higher.

I've been staying there with my children since July because of difficult circumstances, and this man in the photo has made our lives a living hell. The racism I've experienced since he took office has been awful. I'm African American, and he treats me like trash, with no regard for what he says. He says mean, nasty things around my children. If you're a dollar short, he'll send you out into the cold. In his words, “You can't build a house with $1.” I have videos and pictures of his hateful, racist behavior. Choice, you have to do better and get him out of that office. He'll be seeing me in court, and I will be suing this hotel in particular. Do not book here.
