Relax Inn

Room 204 was clean and reasonably priced, and I'd absolutely stay here again. I also want to thank Miss Anita Patel for all the kindness she showed us during our visit. We met several homeless people who had been given rooms during this very cold winter. I'd never heard of a motel doing that, so thank you, Miss Anita, for everything.

The location is good and the price is cheap, but the rooms aren't cleaned well and the service is lousy.

The carpet was sticky, and the owner drives a Tesla but won't fix things. He also makes people staying there work for nothing. My fiancé fell through the bathtub after we'd already told them about a small crack and were told it was okay. The owner said it was only three feet. Then he made my fiancé sign a paper saying he wouldn't sue, and threatened to call the police and say we'd damaged the property if he refused.

I got my money back right away and left. This was the dirtiest and most dangerous motel I've ever been to. There was no smoke alarm, just exposed wires where one should have been, and more bare wires above the mirror where I assume a light had been. The sheet was covered in mouse droppings. The tub was full of pubic hair, and the old soft, squishy toilet seat seemed especially nasty for a public bathroom. The blankets had holes cut in them with scissors, urine stains, and burn marks. The toilet wouldn't flush anything, and someone else's feces came back up. Knowing it was a smoking building with other guests and no smoke alarm made me feel completely unsafe. I planned to report it to the fire department in the morning and can't understand how the hotel passes inspections.
