The staff were very nice, but the hotel is getting run down. Our room showed wear and had slapdash repairs, and it was on the small side. There was an odd upper door lock in addition to the usual card lock, and it used a brass key, which made getting in and out awkward. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, though good enough to check a few things. It wasn't bad, but you can probably find better in this price range.
It's in a handy midtown spot if you need to run to the store. The price could be better, but it could also be worse. Rooms are large, the place is quiet, and everything was stocked and fresh. I got a peaceful night's sleep for a reasonable rate, and I'd stay again.
I like this place and would give it a 10. The staff and management are so kind and helpful, and the rooms are clean with a nice flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. They're making improvements now, too. Another plus is the complimentary breakfast, served with a smile.
For the price, this is a great deal. The room was clean, with a microwave and refrigerator, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot.
The location is pretty good. The rooms are fairly average, but you get a great deal of them.
