The front office staff are wonderful, and the customer service was the one good thing. Housekeeping was poor, though. The rooms were so dirty that my son got an infection from the room, and he was throwing up for days on end. I won’t be back.

I was glad I only had to stay a few hours. The room smelled bad, the floor was dirty, and the bed cover, pillow, and blanket were stained. The replacements had red marks, possibly blood, and I felt very uncomfortable. There was no variety at breakfast compared with what was shown during booking. The entrance smelled like urine, and the pool looked like a swamp.

The first room had a broken toilet that hadn’t been flushed by the previous guest, and it stunk. The furniture was nasty, and I barricaded the door. The elevator was creepy, the TV was nearly shot, and garbage was piled around. Honestly, I should’ve left. My advice is don’t go there.

The staff were great and the food decent, and the price was extremely reasonable. You get what you pay for, though. The accommodations were shoddy: the room could’ve been cleaner, the weather stripping was pulling loose and hanging every time we opened the door, and nobody made up the room on our first night. There was only one working ice maker on the property, and it had no ice when we tried it. The steps to the second level need upgrading.
