The lobby has a cozy spot to sit, and the staff are welcoming. Tori handled our checkout quickly. We’ve stayed here several times and would consider coming back. The rooms have always been in good shape, but the pillows are flat and don’t give much support. On our September visit, noise from another room on the same floor kept us from sleeping well. The walls are thin, and the door slammed loudly.

Missing my flight was stressful, and being charged for three nights instead of one by the manager felt unfair. I’m extremely disappointed by how poorly customers are treated, and I don’t recommend booking here. I’d stayed at this property a few times, and on my last visit I found hair, earrings, and dirt on the bed and in the room. It was clear the sheets hadn’t been changed. I gave the place another chance because it was convenient for school.

The room was absolutely nasty. I found bugs, something dried on the chair, and a pee-like smell by the bed. The walls were paper thin and the place was loud. I definitely won’t stay here again.

We stayed a couple of nights on the third floor, and the place stank the whole time. The room was otherwise fine, but the bed was uncomfortable, the floor felt tacky underfoot, and the walls were thin. The toilet plugged up, and when we reported it, they tried to give us a plunger in a grocery sack. The front desk said Housekeeping would handle it, while Housekeeping said the front desk had to fix it.
