Roanoke Island Inn

We just came back from another four-night stay and were as happy as ever. Over the years, my wife and I have stayed here three times, and we love the place. The grounds and rooms are great, as are the breakfast, snacks, location, and hospitality. Thanks, Lee! Keep up the good work.

Lee and Theresa made us feel so welcome, and they were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The inn is in a great spot, just a short walk from downtown. We enjoyed the beautiful rooms and property, along with the complimentary drinks, water, snacks, and continental breakfast. They really go the extra mile to make a visit feel special. We'd happily stay again, and have plenty of good things to say about the Inn.

The views were beautiful, with stars at night and sunrise in the morning, and the setting felt like an oasis in a far-off land while still being convenient. The owner was down to earth, and I felt privileged to support someone who cares so much about others. The host was amazing and so attentive, and that made a huge difference to our experience. This place brings together a historic feel and completely modern pampering. Thank you so much.

I've been back for different milestones: my brother's wedding in 2021, my whole wedding party booked the Inn in 2022, and this year I came for a Mommy Daughter weekend with my little girl. I love it here, and all the small touches make it feel like home. The rooms are very clean. We had lunch in the little gazebo garden spot, then I read while my daughter played by the garden and koi pond. We also took pictures in the garden. The breezeway was a great place to sit down for dinner with my toddler, and the guest pantry came in handy for late-night snacks. Can't wait to go back!
