The room rate was $85 higher in the charges than the price and taxes in the confirmation email I got after booking directly on Hilton's website. I raised the discrepancy at the end of my stay and was repeatedly told Bruno, the GM, would call me back. He never did, for weeks. After several more attempts and unkept promises, I filed a credit card chargeback and sent my card company the Hilton confirmation email. The hotel still won't return my calls and has given the card company, in my view, fraudulent statements about the billing. They keep arguing they don't have to honor the emailed confirmed price, despite my sending it multiple times. I suspect there's a problem with the Hilton app, or the hotel changes the rate in the app at check-in. If you're checking in after anesthesia for a medical procedure, don't assume they'll honor your confirmed rate. There was also misconduct by a guest in the room next to mine. I lost two nights of sleep and had to ask the hotel to call the Rochester police. I can only assume this may have been some kind of retaliation. If you're going to Mayo Clinic for medical care, stay far, far away. This hotel seems to think it's acceptable to fleece seriously ill guests. I've spent many nights here, but will never return. Taking advantage of people dealing with serious illness is deplorable.

They even brought our dogs welcome bags with treats, toys, and potty bags. I'm incredibly grateful for the comfort and peace the staff gave us during a difficult time at Mayo Clinic. This hotel has felt like a second home. The welcome started with the valet team before we even checked in, and continued at the front desk, where the staff were some of the most accommodating we've ever experienced. I'm especially thankful to Bakar at the front desk, who moved mountains to get the right rooms for our families.

The room was beautiful, and the service was excellent. We slept like the dead, thanks to the divine pillows and blankets. The bathtub was big enough to swim in! We only stayed one night, and the hotel was busy. Nice restaurant in the lobby.

My single room was charged twice to my corporate card. I checked in on my phone, then asked for a physical card at the front desk. Neither Bruno the manager nor general manager Mike Bryan has returned calls. For the past two weeks, my employer's travel agent and even Hilton corporate haven't been able to reach them. My employer told me to mark the duplicate charge as fraudulent. This is the worst customer service I've ever had at a Hilton, truly crazy. Stay away.

The car service to and from Mayo was outstanding, and we really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was accommodating, polite, friendly, and caring, and ready to help. Highly recommend this hotel.
