I booked through Expedia at the listed price and was clearly looking for a pet-friendly room, but the desk charged the hotel’s higher rate. By the time it was corrected, my card had already been run for part of the payment. He then said he canceled it and asked for cash. I paid $51.44, but there’s a $59.44 partial charge on my card, and I was being charged $71. Why show approved rooms at cheaper prices and still try to charge the customer the full rate? Now I’m trying to get the card charge reimbursed. Ugh. The TV wouldn’t work because its plug was loose. There was no toilet paper, just one washcloth, two hand towels, and no bath towels.

The room and bathroom were clean and up to par, and I was very pleased with the service. Had a great stay and a good time. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We only needed somewhere simple near family, just a place to sleep and shower, but this was disgusting. The non-smoking room we reserved for Oct 11-13 2025 smelled so strongly of cigarettes that we asked to move. The next room had a filthy bathtub. Expedia’s pictures made it look clean and no-frills, which was misleading. The desk clerk agreed the bathroom was bad when I showed the pictures, but the cleaning person argued that it wasn’t. We couldn’t sleep there, checked out early, and went somewhere else. Expedia couldn’t get us a refund for some reason. Worst hotel experience ever.

The guy at the desk was really nice, but the room wasn’t what I expected. The bigger problem is that this place has bed bugs. I woke up itching and didn’t know why until I got home, then found bites on my face, arms, legs, and back. My girl and I came for a quick getaway, but I’ll never come back. I was literally their main course. Do not stay here!

We had two different rooms over four nights, and both were great. The staff were helpful and polite. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
