The front desk staff were really nice, and one woman even offered to clean our room herself when we came back after a day out and found it hadn't been serviced. She shouldn't have had to do that. The cleaning staff apparently leave at 2 pm, which didn't answer why a guest's room couldn't be cleaned. There was no room service for cleaning, no breakfast, just overpriced snacks, and the beds were hard. The bathroom design was poor, and things in the room seemed to need repair. We were charged $1,000 because a football game fell on the last two days of our stay. I hadn't realized that during U of A football season hotels around Bentonville and Rogers start charging about $400 a day. I'd visited a year earlier without hotel price issues, but this time it was a rip-off and not worth it. Marriott doesn't seem to compensate or refund for hotel problems, just offer member points at best. I'm not sure I'd stay with this chain again.

The rooms felt cozy, with modern decor, and the location was great. At reception, the front desk staff were friendly and knew the property well. I'd definitely come back.

The staff have been really friendly, which makes it sad they have to work in a hotel this bad. We're still here because leaving means we'd be charged. We live nearby and needed a temporary place while waiting for our house to be ready. This place looks outdated and kind of nasty, and it costs hundreds of dollars. It feels like a pull-up motel. We won't be back. Time for a remodel. The beds are like concrete slabs. Some pillowcases were inside out, and there's no microwave in the room. Starting the shower means getting drenched before you can figure out the temperature. I have two kids who can't reach the soap, there are no kids' channels, and the remote only works half the time. The ironing board isn't attached to anything and fell over.

Everything was clean and nice, and the stay was great. It was my first time there. Only downside was that breakfast wasn't free.

The rooms are modern, very clean, and nice, with easy HVAC controls and luxury bath products. I don't mind the traffic sound from I-49 nearby, but it could bother some people, so that's why I gave the location four stars. I'll stay here again.
