For a short stay, it was decent. The room fridge and microwave both worked, and the breakfast area was clean. Staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean, though a little dated. The beds felt too hard for us, and the thin walls let us hear people talking in the hall and sirens outside. The price also seemed high for what we got compared with some other stops on our road trip.

Kymberley was a star. After many hours on the road from Canada, we arrived very late, and she greeted us with a genuine big smile, laughed at my bad jokes, and had us settled in within minutes. I also liked seeing that an owner or manager reads and replies to the comments here. That was the main thing that convinced us to book. We didn’t have time to try all the amenities because our schedule was tight, but our room was tidy and clean. I used to manage a hotel, so I pulled out every piece of furniture to check for cleanliness. The standards struck me as what you’d expect from a four-star hotel. Breakfast had a superb selection compared with major chains in a similar price range. We were very pleasantly surprised, and it made for an enjoyable stay. If I’m in the area again, this will be my go-to place. Thank you very much, and best regards.

The free breakfast was fine, though there was no meat or eggs. The hotel is fairly close to the highway, but the rooms are insulated well enough that the noise wasn’t an issue. WiFi was open and free, but could be a bit faster. Clean place, nice staff, and I’d stay again if I were in Roseburg.

We’re halfway through a seven-week road trip, and this has been one of our best stays. The staff were excellent, and the rooms, pool area, and customer service were all great. Breakfast was good, too. We really liked the pool, sauna, hot tub, and patio. Stay there!
