Element by Marriott Sacramento Airport

Madison at the front desk was professional, helpful, and a joy to be around. The breakfast was another surprise, with plenty of fruit, cereal, and baked goods, including gluten-free muffins. A chef made a hot breakfast each day and customized it for each person. We chose Element Sacrament Airport Hotel for its proximity to an event and hoped for a safe area and clean rooms. It exceeded what we expected. Our room was spacious and very clean, with especially comfortable beds and pillows, and the bathroom felt like a mini spa. The full kitchen had a large refrigerator, cooktop, full-size microwave, cookware, dishes, silverware, and a dishwasher. I’ve recommended this hotel many times already and will keep doing so.

We love having a kitchen in the room, and the bed and pillows are comfy. The rooms are always super clean, and the service staff are friendly and attentive. It’s conveniently located, and being dog friendly for a reasonable fee is a big plus. Better coffee in the room would be nice, though there’s coffee in the lobby too. The pool is seasonal, and there’s no hot tub.

Everything felt brand new, and everyone was super friendly, from the Coke to the front office. We loved the experience. Downtown and the airport are both about 15 minutes away. There’s a plaza two minutes on foot with TJ MAX, Burlington, restaurants, and other stores, while Costco is a five-minute drive.

The employees were so kind. We stayed two nights, and they remembered us and helped with whatever we needed. The rooms were super clean and nice, the beds comfy, and breakfast was great. Service was a 10/10. Our airport shuttle had just left when we arrived, so they called us an Uber. That was so nice of them, and unheard of in my experience. I can’t explain how much we enjoyed the stay and the employees!
