Homewood Suites By Hilton Sacramento Airport - Natomas

Trying to book a room here has been a complete nightmare. If you book online, you're actually booking through a third party, and canceling becomes an ordeal. Homewood staff were no help with canceling my parents' reservation. I got wrong information from some people, and others were rude and showed no urgency or customer service. They said supervisor Megan would contact me, but that never happened. Ernie was the only employee who showed any dignity and tried his best to help. The lack of follow-through from his superiors isn't his fault. I'll never book here again. There are other hotels in the area, so don't book here.

We've stayed at this location before and had a great experience. The rooms are good, the staff are great, and suites with kitchens are always a plus. On our last trip, Mindy was especially helpful, understanding, and accommodating.

I stay here at least 15 times a year, and the remodel has made the rooms great. It's a short hop to the airport, and the staff are the best. Ernesto and Janelle treat me like family. I call on arrival day to reserve a shuttle spot. It's always early and full, but I still get to the airport on time. The return trip is great too, since I can pick up the vehicle I left there for an extra charge. Thanks for having such great staff.

Traveling alone for business, I stay in a lot of hotels across many states, and this one impressed me. The hotel was modern, the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, and I loved the furniture and lighting design throughout.
