Hyatt House Sacramento Airport - Natomas

It's a clean hotel with free parking, and breakfast is available sometimes. Fast food is plentiful across the freeway and open late, including In n out, Panda express, and A&W. I would have given five stars, but I arrived around 1:30pm and was told my apparently ready room would cost another $25 for early check-in. Ridiculous. I have Bonvoy status and have checked into other Bonvoy hotels as early as 11am without being charged; I'd never heard of this fee. Breakfast also isn't included for everyone. Some members of my party paid more under different booking options and still didn't get it. Given this location, about 15 minutes from DTown Sac, all the nickel-and-diming has me considering other places for future Sacramento trips.

I stayed at the Hyatt House on January 19, 2026, before an early flight back to the east coast. I checked in alone, watched something on my laptop, went to bed, and checked out without any issue. A week later, I found a $1087.50 hotel charge on my bank statement. When I called, the front desk said it was for property damage, specifically TV scratches. The employee told me to call back when the manager was there because she couldn't help. It's now more than a month later. I've made dozens and dozens of calls to the hotel and front desk, and contacted customer service for the whole Hyatt hotel chain. I opened a case, but nothing has been resolved. Nobody has sent me a damage report or photos of the alleged scratches, and I've been ignored. I feel completely scammed by Hyatt Hotels. Do not stay here.

I came in for a bite at the bar over New Year's since I had no plans. The wings were delicious, and bartender Lokesh was courteous and made me refreshing drinks. Everyone made it an amazing visit. My room was cozy and very clean, so I think I've found my go-to place when I need a staycation or somewhere to stay.

The front desk didn't make us feel welcome, and the first room was an ADA room we hadn't asked for or expected. When I pulled back the covers, there was toilet paper on the fitted sheet, and the bed looked slept in, as if the sheets hadn't been changed. We also found bedbugs. They moved us to another room around the corner in a different hall, but we checked that bed right away and found bedbugs there too. We said we wouldn't stay and asked for a refund. They took my email and phone number and said management would contact me, but nobody did. I was charged full price anyway. I won't stay somewhere so unsanitary, and I'm still trying to dispute the charge. Very disappointed.
