We'd come back. The service was great, the rooms were clean, and the hotel had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was sufficient, although the breakfast room filled up fast. There are tables by the pool as another option. Parking felt a little tight, but we found a spot. We had a two bedroom room, and the beds seemed closer to doubles. The sofa bed was a bit hard, but the man who checked us in brought extra bedding to make it more comfortable for the kids. Even late at night he was friendly and helpful, and brought the bedding and extra towels right to our room. The woman restocking breakfast was working hard and friendly as well.

The staff at the front desk were excellent, and the rooms were clean with everything working properly. The lobby smells nice and looks brand new, while the rooms are also nice, if a bit compact. Parking does cost per day. Noise was the other downside: some guests talked and yelled loudly in the middle of the night. It's not a bad hotel, but I'd rate it an honest 3.8 stars.

The rooms and hotel are dated but clean, and the price compares well with others nearby. The problem was the customer service. The manager was rude and wouldn't help me. She hung up on me, then canceled my reservation without discussing it. It's a shame that this reflects so badly on a great company. I can't believe Marriott would let a rogue employee damage its name. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Courtyard or Fairfield on the same property.

I stayed there for a long time and was relieved to be comfortable. Cleanliness is my biggest concern at a hotel, and housekeeping did an amazing job. When I had any cleaning concerns, they handled them right away. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Carlee, the manager, was personable and welcoming too.

I'm here for work and am always glad when I'm booked at this place. The room is nice, with a full fridge, stovetop, dishes, and dishwasher. There's a gym and a laundry room with cheap prices. The staff are nice, breakfast is nice, and there's a shuttle to the airport. Stores and the airport are close by.
