Rodeway Inn Frackville

There was a group of homeless people sitting in the parking lot, and it made us feel unsafe about staying there. We arrived at 430pm, even though check-in is at 3pm, but the room still wasn't ready. The desk told us we'd have to wait an hour, and we couldn't. The woman got rude and said she would just cancel us without offering another option. She kept yelling as we walked out. Worst hotel service we've ever had. I'll never go to a Motel 6 again.

Whenever I'm in town, I use this hotel. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff are always friendly, and the owners are very pleasant and helpful. Thanks for another pleasant stay.

Pretti runs a nice operation. I've stayed twice, and it's easy to get back on the highway, less than a mile away. The place is well lit at night, so you definitely feel safe. Rooms were clean. My only criticism is there's no TV guide, so finding something to watch is hunt and peck. Still much better than the dump up the street that costs double.

The front desk is disgustingly rude. They refuse service, lie, and scream at you for no reason, with no respect for customers. This is the WORST place I've ever stayed. I wouldn't recommend it to ANYBODY. Stay clear of this hell hole. The reviews speak for themselves!!!
