Crossroads Inn And Suites

The only thing I missed was a view from the windows, but you don't need one to sleep, and there's plenty to see in the surrounding area. This small-town hotel really cares about the place, and it shows. Everything was very clean, the rooms were nice, and everyone was so kind. There’s an indoor pool and free breakfast, too.

I travel all over the state for work and stay in different hotels each week, but Crossroads Inn & Suites is my favorite. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff are the friendliest I've found anywhere in the state. The kind lady who checked me in even asked in the lobby whether the fitness center was adequate and if I'd gotten a good workout. I use hotel fitness centers wherever I go, and this one is perfect, with Lifetime equipment that all seems well maintained. The pool and hot tub spa are very clean, and they must have some kind of excellent ventilation because that strong indoor pool chemical smell you usually get isn't there. Looking forward to my next visit in Salem. Crossroads is doing it right!

The coffee bar was a highlight for me. It was always open, with fresh regular or decaf coffee brewed to your preferred strength, plus hot water and a nice selection of herbal and black teas. Breakfast was wholesome and covered every dietary need well. My family and I stayed over Labor Day weekend, and we were impressed with how clean everything was and how thoughtful the staff were. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. The room smelled fresh and dry, and the bathroom was well designed and in good repair. It didn't have an exhaust fan, but the room still wasn't musty. The grounds were meticulously kept, and even the hallways smelled fresh. We'll make this our new go-to for overnight stays in the Salem area!

A really comfortable, relaxing stay. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, and greeted me with a smile. The staff were awesome. Definitely recommend.
