I've stayed here off and on for three months. There was one bad incident when another guest, after being on a week-long bender, hit my car with his truck. Other guests reported him and called the police, and the situation was handled well. The office ladies are fantastic, kind, and do what they can to accommodate. The rooms are okay in size, and the beds are comfortable.

My locked car was parked right in front of the office overnight. By morning it had been stolen. The front desk showed concern, saying, "Gee, that's too bad, but there's nothing we can do," but there were no cameras watching the lot and they didn't offer a refund. The theft set me back a couple thousand dollars. So much for saving $10 on the room. There were lots of homeless people wandering around the property and camping in the lot next door. I'm a big guy, but I wouldn't let my grown daughters stay here. Other reviews mention a range of problems too. Only stay if you're willing to take really huge chances.

Kylie was a great receptionist. The place is convenient, with Walmart, Safeway, and fast food close by, and it will meet all your needs.

I first wrote a nice review, but I'm changing it. I was constantly harassed during my stay, and management did nothing about it. The other day, I was told someone named Mike had gone into my room. I had arrived with all my belongings, and now a significant amount of my jewelry is missing. I have pictures documenting the pieces. The last place they were, among my belongings, was hometowne studios. I'm waiting for a call from the manager of this operation, though I wonder if I'll get one, since she was also behind the harassment.
