The staff were welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful service. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The location was convenient, and the amenities went beyond what we expected. We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay and would gladly come back. I'd recommend this hotel.

The downtown location made it easy to get around Salt Lake City, with restaurants, shops, and local attractions close by. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, and check-in was quick. They even gave me a warm chocolate chip cookie after my long travel day. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with what I needed to relax. The common spaces were inviting and clean, and the overall atmosphere felt pleasant and professional. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it for either business or leisure.

The one bright spot was Ellie at Red Beryl Kitchen. We had breakfast there, and she was attentive, kind, and clearly focused on good customer service. We chose DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Downtown SLC for a night on our cross country drive because we needed an EV charger for our Tesla while we slept. We arrived late, parked in the garage, and found that it didn't work. The front desk staff member couldn't explain why, and there was nobody available to help because the electrician only works during the day. Had I known the charger basically wasn't working, I would have stayed at the nearby Hampton Inn, with its Tesla supercharger beside it. I also discovered mid-shower that the conditioner bottle was empty. It was too late to ask for a refill, so I had to wash my hair without conditioner. The bath towels were very old and thin and need replacing. As a Diamond member, I didn't expect such poor quality at DoubleTree.

Ana at the front desk and the rest of the team were on top of things throughout our two-night stay. They helped even with our small requests, and my sisters and I had a great experience. We'll be back, and we've already recommended this property to friends in business and family who are coming to town.

Ryan and Ana were stars in guest services. The hotel was sold out for the weekend, but they still got us into our rooms quickly, offered great food recommendations, and helped answer our transportation questions. The hotel is pretty, very convenient, and priced just right. We had a great experience and will stay here again.
