We travel at least 100 nights a year and stay all over the world, and the staff here could rival any in the industry. Front desk, management, and housekeeping were all 5 stars out of 5. The facilities were beautiful for the wedding we attended, and our room was quiet, with no noise or crazy people. Breakfast was awesome. The hotel is conveniently located by the SLC airport, with great shopping and beautiful mountain views nearby. The service and amenities are the best. It has it all, and is worth a quick getaway for peace and comfort. GREAT JOB! THANK YOU HAMPTON INN and SUITES SLC!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!

My wife got stuck at the airport overnight, so I booked her a room. The airport pickup driver, Mel, was amazing, friendly, and kind, and helped her feel comfortable with nothing more to worry about. Kala at the front desk was friendly and sympathetic too. Since my wife was leaving at 4:30am, Kala left a message for the morning staff to prepare a breakfast bag for her. Marcus, the morning driver, was also wonderful. He got her back to the airport on time, spoke with all of us, and joked around to put everyone at ease. Thank you to the staff for taking such professional, caring, and kind care of my wife.

The lobby looked old and reeked of sour milk, so I went somewhere else that was cleaner and better. I also had a rude interaction with the GM, named Sunshine.

We had a comfortable, clean room and friendly service during our two-night stay. The complimentary breakfast was a favorite, and the whole visit was stress-free.

The breakfast was very nice, and otherwise everything was amazing apart from a couple of small issues. The rooms were spacious and renovated, but there was a small leak from the bathroom ceiling. Also, after each flush, the toilet needed manual intervention to stop the water.
