I travel often and stay with this brand a lot as a Diamond Elite IHG customer. Some places stand out because of how people treat you, and this was one of them. From management to maintenance, everyone seemed genuinely glad we were there. The location was convenient, with a mall across the highway, a movie theater next door, and easy highway access. It felt very safe, and I was comfortable after dark. There was a vehicle in the lot that looked like its rear window had been broken, but I often see things like that when traveling. I bring my valuables inside at night wherever I am, and whoever did it probably wasn’t staying at the hotel. It isn’t a new property, but it’s well cared for and seems well managed. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here next time I’m in San Antonio.

We had a great stay, and the manager was sweet, helpful, and caring. Our room was clean and nicely put together. It was easy to walk to restaurants and a movie theater, and the interstate is right there. There’s even a drive time within walking distance if you need a rental. My family and I will come back.

We had four rooms for about three nights while our extended family came to San Antonio for our loved one’s Air Force BMT graduation at Lackland AFB. The staff made the trip feel relaxed and memorable from the moment we arrived. They were warm and friendly, coordinated the rooms for our group, asked about the graduation, and gave us useful advice for getting to the base in the early morning despite traffic. They kept checking on us, and each interaction felt personal. They seemed to understand how much planning and excitement families have around that weekend. After long, early days on base, the clean, spacious, comfortable rooms were just what we needed to rest. Having four rooms meant we each had space but could still stay close together. The staff’s welcome and support were the highlight, and we’d absolutely stay again. I’d recommend this hotel for a BMT graduation or a family event in the area. Thanks for helping make our celebration so wonderful.

The location suited our needs, the staff were very friendly, and breakfast was good. The rooms were fine, although the shower tile was broken, and the hot tub wasn’t working during our stay. One thing to know is the front desk isn’t staffed around the clock, so you may need to call a day before checking in. The hotel was very nice overall.
