The lobby and exterior looked attractive and fairly new, but the condition deteriorated beyond that. Elevator #2 was extremely dirty, with grime on the metal trim and visible holes in the floor. I was in Room 321 on the third floor. The pillowcases and sheets were so brown and stained that I covered a pillow with my own shirt to sleep. The room smelled strongly of smoke despite being designated non-smoking, and the nightstand had residue and buildup. When I raised the issue with the desk late that night, I was told housekeeping hadn't been very good lately. I checked in March 6, 2026 and left March 7, 2026. As someone particular about cleanliness, this was one of my worst hotel stays. The property has potential based on how it looks outside, but the interior needs serious attention to cleaning and maintenance. Very disappointing.
10/10
The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom. Everything was clean and smelled fresh, and the continental breakfast was good. Customer service was good too. There's a Walmart and restaurants within 10 minutes. I'd definitely stay here again.

I'm still here and wanted to write this before checking out. Love was very helpful, and the customer service has been excellent. The room is clean and spacious, and both the bed and pillows are really comfortable. The location works well too, about 18 minutes from the river walk, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room was amazing, and I was impressed from the moment I arrived. Check-in was especially memorable: the representative was professional and courteous, but also so kind and dedicated. The whole place felt warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in. This LaQuinta is a five-star stay for me. I'll be back next week, and I'll recommend it to friends and family. Please pass along my praise to the person who checked me in.

The room was lovely and had plenty of space to move around. Reception were courteous and kind, and check-in was easy. Breakfast was nutritious, and having evening bar service was a nice extra. It's about a 15-minute drive to the Riverwalk. This is the best LA Quinta Inn I've stayed at, and we'll return.
