Residence Inn by Marriott San Antonio SeaWorld/Westover Hills

Johnny made sure we were set up at the pool and fire pit, and came back several times to check on us. He even brought hot cocoa for all 12 kids, which was a lovely surprise and made their night. We went swimming after dark in the heated pool, then sat by the fire to wind down. The kids loved it. The property was clean and welcoming, with a relaxing feel, and SeaWorld is nearby. We'd come back, and Johnny deserves 10 stars for his care and service.

We took our 2 yr old to SeaWorld, only about 3 minutes away, and the location was perfect. Carlos checked us in and tried to find us a room with a bathtub, but they were all booked. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, and we also used the pool and laundry room. We had a great stay and would book here again if we return to San Antonio.

Laundry was convenient here, with several clean washer and dryer sets that take cards instead of coins. Breakfast was the usual kind, but had more choices than most, and staff kept it in good shape throughout service. The night and morning staff were cheerful and nice. The hotel feels newer, and the room was thoughtfully laid out, with a clean bathroom, a large shower, good water quality and pressure, and probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in.

We had a lovely stay as a family, and the location and rooms were great. After we left, my daughter noticed her watch was missing. Brent and his team arranged to get it back to us quickly, and since we're from out of town, she had it again within a few days. They made us feel like family. Highly recommend.
