We’re traveling in a motorhome, and this is our third year staying here. We wouldn’t keep coming back if we didn’t like it. There are several roomy spots to choose from, and the staff is helpful, friendly, and courteous. It’s close to shopping, SeaWorld, and plenty of restaurants. A great place to stay. 👍

We had a great stay, and the staff made my family and me feel welcome and safe. Management dealt with our concerns and issues right away. The only downside was some residents ignoring basic rules, like the speed limit and lane directions. We’ll definitely return to this well-kept RV resort.

The staff were very friendly, and I highly recommend this beautiful, well-maintained place close to sea word. They seem to put transient guests at the front and long-term guests toward the rear. There’s a shuttle bus that will take you anywhere, including Sea World.

It’s right on 2604, so it’s very noisy. The staff weren’t helpful, and the laundry room washers and dryers don’t work with iPhones. The bathrooms and laundry rooms were filthy, with cockroaches and black mold in the bathrooms and showers. Shower vanities and furniture were broken or had holes in them, and the pool lounge chairs were hard wood.

On my first visit, I found the place inviting and pleasant. The sites are spaced out, with plenty of tree cover, and the grounds are well kept. Staff were friendly and ready to help.
