The St. Anthony, A Luxury Collection Hotel, San Antonio

My daughter’s wedding at the St.Anthony hotel was the best day ever. Dean, the valet attendant, gave us wonderful hospitality and made our stay stress free. All the hotel staff were amazing, and we’re thankful to everyone. Luna/Werst Wedding.

The gym was a nice surprise, with plenty of treadmills and ellipticals, a full weight stack, and enough for a solid workout. The rooms were clean, updated, and really comfortable. My only suggestion is to add more outlets in convenient spots for phone chargers. I stayed one night at The St. Anthony Hotel for work and had outstanding service. Every request was handled within seconds, and the valet brought my car up in about five minutes. It’s my new go-to in San Antonio for business. Highly recommend.

The pool was a nice surprise, clean and warm even in late November, and the location made it easy to wander downtown. It’s a bit pricey, but I felt it was worth it. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely put together, and the food tasted great with portions just right. We had late checkout the next day as a platinum amex benefit, and the friendly staff made both check-in and check-out smooth. This was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the place felt special. We’re already talking about coming back in the summer. It felt like a small win, and I’d love to do it again.

The room had a huge bath and shower, two TVs, comfortable furniture, and a really nice, comfortable bed. Room service was great and arrived on time. I’d recommend it for a romantic getaway, and the prices were more reasonable than average compared with hotels I’ve stayed at in big cities. A few minor drawbacks: there was no mini fridge, even though I requested one and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. There were no ice makers on any floor or microwaves, and only two coffee K-cups. I usually bring my own because there’s never enough coffee, milk, or sweetener for me.
