I was sick and coming back from the ER, but even though the room was in my name and I showed my license, the owner refused to let me in or give me a key while my boyfriend had ours. I remembered his wife saying another key would cost $5, mentioned it, and suddenly he asked for the money and handed me one. I would otherwise have been left outside in the cold. The owners were rude and watched us constantly. They also wouldn't move us downstairs even though I have a bad hip. The sheets weren't fresh, there was no microwave, and the toilet wasn't secured to the floor. We were told not to bring our own blankets, but I wasn't going to use their nasty ones. On our last morning, they had shut off the water when I wanted a quick shower, and the toilet backed up too. This place was dirty and awful. Don't stay here if you have another choice.

I’ve been a Choice Hotels Platinum member for years. After a trip to Las Vegas, I booked this hotel with points, but the front desk said I needed to pay $40 cash to check in. I didn’t have cash, so I called corporate. Customer service contacted the hotel and told me my reservation should be fine. When I returned, the lobby staff said they had canceled it. I left in the middle of the night expecting a refund, then found out they had left the booking active and marked me as a no-show. It’s a low-budget hotel, so I wasn’t expecting much, but that was still wrong.

I was driving late and pulled into the Rodeway. The front desk was really nice and helpful, and they were able to accommodate me despite the late hour. The room looked good, and the AC worked great. Thanks, I appreciated it.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable place, and the owners are very nice. They do their best to make your stay comfortable. I’ll definitely come back when I need to.

They canceled my reservation on the day of my event and wouldn't honor the price, even though I had the receipt, email, and pictures of the whole transaction. The two-night rate jumped from $200 to almost $800. They also kept the cash I put down for the deposit and early check-in, even though I'm a Diamond member and early check-in is free for me. The woman tried to photograph my ID and credit card; I said I'd call the cops, and the look on her face was frightening. Other people in line also said they hadn't gotten their cash deposits back. Staff told them they'd had too many people in the room, and then tried that excuse with me, though it was just my friend and me all weekend. It was ugly, nasty, and dirty in the rooms. I'd stayed at another nearby hotel before without problems, but that meant taking a shuttle to the festival instead of walking. Everything closer was sold out, or I would've left. I'm done staying here. They canceled everyone's reservations and kept the deposits, and I think you risk identity or credit card theft here. Please don't stay.
